Closing Date for Director Nominations
SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited advises that, in relation to the company’s 2025 annual meeting to be held on 31 October 2025, the closing date for director nominations is 1 September 2025.
The requirements for a person (other than a director retiring at the annual meeting) to be nominated as a director are set out in clause 15.3 of the company’s constitution and require each nomination to be accompanied by:
(a) a notice signed by the nominee confirming his or her willingness to be appointed; and
(b) a notice from each relevant regulatory authority approving that person as an “Associated Casino Person” (as defined in the company’s constitution) of any applicable casino licence holder.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the company’s annual meeting and must be received by the company by 5.00pm (New Zealand time) on the closing date at the company’s registered office, being:
