Agreement reached between Winton and Kāinga Ora

Winton Land Limited, Sunfield Developments Limited, and Kāinga Ora-Homes and Communities have reached an agreement in respect of the High Court proceeding brought by Winton alleging anti-competitive conduct by Kāinga Ora.

Lakeside Developments Limited, Housing New Zealand Build Limited and Kāinga Ora-Homes and Communities have also reached an agreement in respect of another High Court proceeding brought by Winton.

No party has admitted any fault or wrongdoing, and the proceedings will be discontinued with no issue as to costs.

All other matters relating to the agreements are confidential, and the parties will not be commenting further.
