The Skellerup Holdings Limited Annual Meeting will be held at Te Pae Convention Centre, 188 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, at 2.30 pm on Thursday, 23 October 2025.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for Director Nominations is Friday, 5 September 2025.
