Announcement of A$ Price for Retail Entitlement Offer

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (“SkyCity”) advises that the A$ Price has been set at A$0.63 for the retail component of the 1 for 3.35 accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (“Retail Entitlement Offer”). The A$ Price was determined using an AUD/NZD exchange rate of 0.90580, as published by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand on its website at 3.00pm NZST on Friday, 22 August 2025.

The Retail Entitlement Offer opens on Tuesday, 26 August 2025.
