The Board of Green Cross Health (NZX:GXH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Jean Treneman as a director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, effective 9 September 2025. Catherine replaces Carolyn Steele, who announced her resignation on 31 July 2025.
In accordance with Rule 2.6.1 of the NZX Listing Rules, the Board has determined that Catherine is an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Catherine is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced business leader with a strong background in retail management, corporate governance, and strategic growth. She has a track record in shaping strategy, driving revenue growth and leading operational excellence across nationwide networks.
