Ryman Healthcare has confirmed its intention to dual list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on Wednesday, 1 October, under the ticker ASX:RYM.
The company’s primary listing will remain on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX), with the ASX Foreign Exempt Listing providing streamlined compliance for Ryman while broadening access to Australian and international investors.
Ryman pioneered the continuum of care model in New Zealand and successfully expanded into Australia in 2014, where it now has nine operational villages.
