At RTO Limited’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote on one resolution, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolution passed by shareholders was:
• To authorise the Board to fix the remuneration of the Company’s auditors for the forthcoming year.
Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are attached.
The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed up 0.61% or 81.70 points to 13,389.10.
