Resignation of CFO
Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.20.1 (a) SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that Chief Financial Officer Peter Fredricson has tendered his resignation.
Peter will remain in the role until 1 March 2026 at the latest, to facilitate an orderly transition.
SkyCity’s Chief Executive Officer, Jason Walbridge, said: “Peter has been responsible for the financial management of SkyCity during a very complex and challenging period.
“I am grateful for Peter’s support and hard work during his tenure. As part of his resignation, we have agreed a clear set of capital objectives that I look forward to making progress on and closing out before he leaves us.”
The company will commence a comprehensive external search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
