Smart appoints Jon Raby as director
Jon Raby has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Smartshares Limited (Smart), effective 1 October 2025.
Jon retired as CFO of New Zealand’s second largest bank in August 2023 and has over 25 years’ experience on the executive leadership teams of major financial services companies in New Zealand and Australia. He has experience in large, complex, and highly regulated businesses and has executive director’s experience in banking, funds management, securities broking, property management and insurance.
