ASX Listing Rule Waivers
In connection with its EUR500,000,000 3.537 per cent. notes due to be issued 3 November 2025 (the Notes), Contact Energy Limited (Contact) has been granted certain waivers from ASX Listing Rules 8.2, 8.10 and 8.21.
