ASX Listing Rule Waivers

In connection with its EUR500,000,000 3.537 per cent. notes due to be issued 3 November 2025 (the Notes), Contact Energy Limited (Contact) has been granted certain waivers from ASX Listing Rules 8.2, 8.10 and 8.21. The details of, and the reasons for, the waivers are set out in the attached document.
