2025 Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund Notice of Meeting

Attached are the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund Notice of Meeting, Proxy Form and Virtual Meeting Guide for the Annual Meeting of unit holders to be held on Monday 15 December 2025.

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting, in person at Fonterra's Auckland offices and online via the Computershare Meeting Platform.
