CHATHAM ROCK PHOSPHATE REPORTS ON RESULTS OF 2025 AGM

WELLINGTON, New Zealand – Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (TSXV: “NZP”, NZX: “CRP” and 3GRE (Frankfurt Borse) or the “Company") is pleased to report the results of the 2025 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, November 13, 2025. All matters presented and recommended by management were ratified by the shareholders.

The business of the meeting included the re-election of Chris Castle, Robert Goodden, Linda Sanders, Jill Hatchwell, Ryan Wong, Georg Hochwimmer and Colin Randall as directors. Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as auditors of the Company and the amended Stock Option Plan was approved.
