Comvita announces change to Board of Directors

Comvita Limited (CVT) today announced that elected director, Mr Zhu Guangping is not seeking re-election at the end of his current term. Mr Zhu was elected to the Board in October 2019.

Comvita Chair, Bridget Coates said “I want to thank Mr Zhu for his valuable contributions to the Board”.

Mr Zhu will stay on in his role as director until Comvita’s Annual Meeting in December 2025.
