Please see attached an amended Substantial Product Holder notice for Lenore Deirdre Bauer in Third Age Health Services Limited ("TAH").
This is to correct the notice released on 14 November 2025.
This notice corrects a minor error in the notice announced on 14 November 2025, where the number of Option Shares stated under the heading “Nature of the relevant interest” which are subject to restrictions on disposal should have been 149,317 (not 49,317).
