Radius Residential Care Limited provides a Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 to advise the issue of fully paid ordinary shares to Radius Care employees in recognition of long-term service to the company.
Radius Care now has 283,467,009 shares on issue.
