- Promoted to deputy governor, Jan 2022, having been assistant governor for economics, financial markets and banking since 2019. Previously part of the team that established Harbour Asset Management, which was awarded Morningstar NZ Fund Manager of the Year in 2014, 2016 and 2017. Spent nine years at the Bank of England in senior positions including private secretary to the deputy governor, chief manager of Sterling markets and head of market Intelligence. Holds an MCom (Hons) majoring in economics from Canterbury University.
