After 30 years with the Institute of Directors, Maxine Simmons took on the Advanced Directors’ Course (ADC) for a fresh challenge—and found it delivered exactly that. In this dynamic three-and-a-half day programme, directors dive into board leadership, cultural intelligence, and climate awareness with a diverse group of peers, exploring new perspectives on governance.
