A2 Milk, Air NZ to report; covid-19 dominates sentiment

Local earnings reports will garner investors’ attention but ongoing concerns about the global spread of the covid-19 virus will remain the dominant driver in markets today. Heavyweights A2 Milk and Air New Zealand are both due to report today, and both have significant exposure to China.  Air New Zealand has already signalled it will be hit by the covid-19 outbreak. Earlier this week it said it expected the outbreak would dent earnings by between $35 million and $75 million. Any commentary from A2 Milk will be closely scrutinised. Up unti...
