Fonterra Co-operative Group collected its highest volume of milk solids in five years in the last dairy season.The co-op collected 1.50 billion kilograms of milk solids (kgMS) for the 2024/25 season, which finished at the end of May, up 2.6% on the prior season and slightly above its November forecast of 1.49b kgMS.That’s compared to 1.93b kgMS NZ produced in the 12-month period, giving the co-op a 77.7% market share of NZ’s milk pool.For the past three years, its share has sat around 79% and 78%.
