Amazon said it is opening up the entire product range in Australia to New Zealanders and creating a special add-on to the Australian website for Kiwis.For expedited three-day delivery to some parts of Auckland and Christchurch Amazon will charge as little as A$6.99 while standard delivery starts at A$2.99, it said in a statement."We know that many NZ customers are already shopping on the US store and we are pleased to be offering them a faster option," said Tony Austin, general manager of exports for amazon.com.au.But what advantage i...
