Asset Plus shareholders overwhelmingly approved a $120 million plan to develop an office building in Albany with 96.8 percent of shares voted in favour.Those shares accounted for more than 61 percent of all shares on issue, satisfying the second requirement to pass a special resolution – at least 75 percent of shares voted needed to be in favour for the first requirement to be met.Shareholders also ratified the $60.2 million capital raising Asset Plus's manager, Augusta, launched earlier this month to help finance the development.Asse...
