Auckland's property market continued its revival in January as a lack of available listings helped push up prices, according to Real Estate Institute of New Zealand figures. The REINZ house price index showed Auckland prices increased at an annual pace of 4.4 percent, its fastest in almost three years and the third annual increase after 13 months of negative results.
