Electrical startup Basis – which has so far raised $59m – is commercially launching a digital smart panel it says is a world first in the electrical industry.The Auckland company already has more than 7,500 contracted orders for the new generation switchboard, helped with buy-in from a major electrical distribution group.The panel was soft-launched on July 1.
