Bank of New Zealand has bankrupted former Highlanders co-owner Matthew Davey across the Tasman.Three years ago, Davey’s Fortress Information Systems, which traded as Ticket Rocket, as well as three other subsidiaries such as Dash Tickets, collapsed owing millions to creditors.
