A horse breeder who made controversial donations to the National party has been moved into receivership.Inner Mongolia Rider Horse Industry was used to sidestep donation limits in 2019 by donating $150,000 through a New Zealand registered company.The company is owned by a Chinese firm of the same name, and directed by Lin Lang.  Grant Thornton’s Ray Cox took control of the firm on May 19, at the request of the Bank of China.Companies Office records show the bank has secured interests in livestock owned by the horse breeder.  Oth...
