New Zealanders prevented from seeking managed isolation and quarantine spots during the recent freeze on new allocations will be able to start applying again from next Monday.Some 3,000 MIQ spots will be offered at 9am NZT on Monday, Sept 20, with another 4,000 rooms to be offered fortnightly, covid-19 response minister Chris Hipkins announced.The rooms will no longer be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis but will be allocated randomly to the pool of applicants who join a digital ‘lobby’ from 8am on Monday.Hipkins urged pe...
