Businesses haven't exactly snapped out of their gloom but are feeling better than they've been all year with farmers and retailers leading the charge, according to ANZ Bank's latest survey. It found a net 26 percent of businesses still expect business conditions to deteriorate in the next 12 months but that's a good deal better than October's reading of a net 42 percent and September's 54 percent.
