Further signs that a second wave of unemployment is subsiding, with 1,400 new people signing on for the Covid-19 Income Relief Payment in the week ended July 24.In normal times that number that would be cause for concern, but compared to late-June and early-July when an average of 4,000 signed on each week, it's positive news.
