Company liquidations are up across every sector and have risen nearly twice as fast in the South Island, according to the latest data from credit specialists Centrix.A monthly credit indicator report from Centrix, released on Tuesday, stated that liquidations in the country rose 38% in the year to the end of January.On an annual basis, no region or sector Centrix measures experienced a reduction.Managing director Keith McLaughlin said the economic climate remains challenging for many households and businesses nationwide.Liquidations are tr...
