MediaWorks interim chief executive Wendy Palmer is poised to leave her role by the end of August as the company moves closer to appointing an insider to the top job.Palmer, parachuted into the company following the resignation of Cam Wallace in February, will not extend her contract beyond August following a difficult few months in the role, sources said.
