Fundamental questions about the structure of the electricity market will be the central issue for whoever wins the Government's tender to carry out the review.The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking interest from those who wish to be the lead reviewer, with an estimated cost of $550,000.
