Exchanging exchanges: Just Life delists from NZX to join USX

Shareholders of Just Life Group voted on Monday to delist from the New Zealand Exchange and list on the Unlisted Securities Exchange.In a special meeting in Auckland, shareholders voted 54.4% in favour of jumping ship.Two other votes, one relating to listing on the USX and another concerning changing the company’s constitution, passed by nearly 93% each.“As a result of the approval of these resolutions, the company is now proceeding with the process of delisting from the NZX main board and listing its ordinary shares on USX,”...
