ExxonMobil NZ reports narrower loss in 2015, despite falling revenue and increasing refinery fees

By Sophie Boot June 1 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand division of ExxonMobil, the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, narrowed its 2015 loss even as revenue dropped 15 percent and the company spent more on refinery fees. The local company's net loss for the year ended Dec. 31 was $2.7 million, compared to $33.5 million a year earlier, as revenue fell to $2.4 billion from $2.8 billion in 2014, financial statements lodged with the Companies Office show.
