NZX halted trading in Air New Zealand shares at 4pm at the request of the company.NZX's regulatory arm, NZ RegCo, said the trading halt comes ahead of the release of a material announcement about Air NZ's recapitalisation plans.An Air NZ press statement gave details for a press conference at 6.30pm.It said the halt will remain in place until the market opens on Thursday at 10am.Air NZ shares also trade on ASX, which said the halt will remain until the earlier of either the commencement of trading on Thursday or Air NZ's announcement...
