ANZ Bank made record home loans in NZ in Dec Qtr

ANZ Bank has chalked up record home loans in New Zealand during the December quarter, the bank's Australian parent said in a trading update.The bank supported about 145,000 home loan and commercial customers in Australia and NZ during the early days of the covid-19 pandemic by deferring payments.But now 92% of the NZ deferrals have rolled off and 86% have returned to normal repayments.
