ASB lending growth slowed sharply in second half

ASB Bank's lending growth slowed dramatically in the second half of its financial year, but chief executive Vittoria Shortt said that's not because her bank is turning loans down. The bank's results for the year ended June show lending growth in the second half slowed to 1 percent from 4.9 percent in the first half.
