Asset Plus has withdrawn its $100 million capital raising "in light of the current volatility of capital markets" caused by the coronavirus pandemic.The rights issue was announced just eight days ago.The property investor said its board decided the move was in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.As a result, it has terminated its underwriting with Jarden and calling off the meeting scheduled for March 31 where shareholders would have voted on the deal.The funds had been intended to be used to develop and lease a building at M...
