Medicinal cannabis startup Organic Genetics has hit $100,000 in pledges as it looks to raise $4 million through the equity crowdfunding platform PledgeMe.The offer was rolled out last week, split between a retail and wholesale offer, with a combined 16,000 shares, or 12.4% of the company on the market at $250 a share. Its initial target is to raise $500,000 and by Wednesday morning 111 investors had pledged a combined $102,250 on a company that had net assets totalling just $83,379 in disclosures in June. Only those investors who subs...
