The stock exchange’s regulatory arm, NZ RegCo, said it has appointed five new members to its markets disciplinary tribunal who have “extensive frontline markets experience”.The five are Jenn Page, Air New Zealand’s general counsel and company secretary, Charles Bolt, a director of NZ Automotive Investments and head of governance services at Computershare NZ, Darren Manning, Forsyth Barr executive director and co-head of markets, Gretchen Williamson, an investment adviser at Craigs Investment Partners, and Sarah Miller, g...
