Non-bank lender Resimac says it will stop accepting home loan applications in New Zealand from July 1.In a letter to mortgage brokers, the ASX-listed company said it would honour existing and new conditional approvals.Conditional approvals were valid for 30 days and would have to settle 90 days from the application going unconditional, it said.There was no change to existing customer loans, which would continue to be serviced as per agreement, it said.Two industry magazines, one in New Zealand and one in Australia, reported Resimac said that af...
