With global markets performing considerably better than New Zealand's in the June quarter, the best performing managed funds had a high allocation to global equities, the latest survey of managed funds by consulting actuaries Melville Jessup Weaver (MJW) found."The effect is most pronounced in the growth funds where the providers that have done the best – Kiwi Wealth, Generate, ANZ – all have high allocation to global equities," MJW said.While the S&P/NZX 50 Index gained just 0.9% in the June quarter, the unhedged...
