Heartland says it has appointed Chris Flood, now head of Heartland Bank, as deputy chief executive of the group from Nov 1 and that Leanne Lazarus will take over as chief executive of the bank from Aug 1.Lazarus' appointment is subject to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand not objecting.
