After a major backlash from customers, Hasbro and its subsidiary Wizards of the Coast have backtracked on planned updates to the licensing of their intellectual property – Dungeons and Dragons (D&D). The changes would have had a major impact on local creators who produce third-party content. The changes were to the open gaming licence (OGL), under which third-party creators can develop original D&D gaming content using a limited range of official content as a reference.The proposed new licence would have increased the co...
