January was a solid month for most KiwiSaver investors, with the 236 funds tracked in this month's report returning an average of 0.8% during the month. Growth and equities funds both returned about 1.5%, on average. Equities funds were more of a mixed bag, with a handful of funds returning losses of 5% or more, while there were 5%+ gains for some funds invested in international and US equities.Nikko AM Global Shares and SuperLife US 500 led the way with 7% returns to investors after fees and before taxes.Property was the worst-perform...
