Antarctica NZ has developed a detailed plan for seeking $50 million in private sponsorships to top up the Scott Base redevelopment project.As BusinessDesk revealed last month, the Crown entity has already spent more than $143m on the project, which was reset last year after an independent review said the original design – three large modular buildings, which were to be constructed in Timaru and shipped to Antarctica – was highly risky and couldn’t be delivered within the $498m budget.Antarctica NZ is now working on a business...
