Arvida shares have been the best performer among the retirement village operators' stocks over the past year and Forsyth Barr analysts describe it as "one of the best risk rewards in an uninspiring NZ market".Arvida shares were up 3% at close of play Monday compared with a year ago, while the other four listed stocks in the sector had suffered various degrees of decline, ranging from Summerset's 1.6% fall to Ryman's 38%, Oceania's 20.5% and Radius' 60%.
