Channel Infrastructure has increased its dividend policy and forecast dividend payout and is eyeing a dual listing on the ASX if ambitious growth plans become a reality.Channel outlined an updated capital allocation framework in material prepared for the company’s annual shareholders’ meeting on Friday afternoon.This includes an increase in the dividend policy payout ratio to 70-90% of normalised free cash flow from 60-70%. The board now expects to pay a total dividend of between 12 and 12.5 cents per share in the 2025 financia...
