The company behind the City Rail Link (CRL) is playing down its use of incentive payments to get property owners to agree to compensation faster.The government-council entity tasked with delivering the $4.4 billion CRL has to date made 39 incentive payments totalling $814,400 as part of the $13.6 million it has paid to compensate owners for drilling under their properties.
