The Government will provide a loan of up to $8.2 million to support a Mosgiel freight hub, the announcement coming just days after Calder Stewart put forward its plans for a rival hub in Milburn.Rail Minister Winston Peters and Regional Development Minister Shane Jones were in Dunedin on Friday to attend the official reopening of the Hillside Workshops.
