Crown infrastructure delivery agency Rau Paenga repeatedly offered to help Antarctica New Zealand with its troubled Scott Base redevelopment project, newly released documents show.BusinessDesk published a story in early November saying Rau Paenga had offered assistance to the Crown entity.
